Holy Names Academy Swim & Dive

Welcome to the start of another Girls Swim & Dive season! I hope you've all had a wonderful summer. I am excited to begin the season and look forward to seeing both returning and new athletes on deck.

As I begin my second year as head coach, I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue building our program. Last season established a strong foundation, and this year we'll continue focusing on growth, teamwork, accountability, and having fun while striving to reach our goals.

Our team is committed to creating an environment where every athlete feels supported, challenged, and valued. Success is measured not only by times, scores, and wins, but also by the effort we give each day, the respect we show one another, and the pride we take in representing our school.

For our athletes, I ask that you come to practice prepared to work hard, encourage your teammates, and embrace the challenges that come with improving. Consistency, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn will make a tremendous difference throughout the season.

For our families, thank you in advance for your support. Your encouragement, flexibility, and involvement are invaluable to our team's success. We will communicate regularly regarding practice schedules, meet information, volunteer opportunities, and any updates throughout the season.

We have a few activities planned to help get the girls excited and prepared for the season. Captains have organized pre-season activities to motivate and encourage team bonding. Before the season starts, we will be having a Family Potluck Picnic at Seward Park with activities for the swimmers.
