SWIVE BEGINS AUGUST 20TH!

It's that time of year to register for swim and dive team! I am looking forward to our new year. We have a lot of freshmen joining the team as well as upper classmen. It is going to be a full team. The captains are getting together to make some pre-season work-outs and meet and greets. More to follow. We may be a large group but we feel very connected to each other by doing bonding events. Please, note that we do still plan to have our annual Labor Day Hike (so mark your calendars).

At this time, please take about 10 minutes to register. Here are the steps! DO IT NOW!

• 1.Register for Family ID for this year if you have not done so yet. Go to Family ID at http://www.familyid.com/holy-names-academy.
• 2.Make sure you have a current physical. Physicals are good for 18 months. Go to WIAA Sports Physical Form to download a pdf file to take to your doctor. You can also go to Immediate Care (more money) for sports physicals. Physicals must be turned into Lacey London our athletic director. Do not bring them to me. 
• 3.Please, register for SwimTopia our swim website. To get register for Swimtopia, which everyone needs to do whether you were registered last year or not, go to http://holynames.swimtopia.com. Go to the Home Page and click on Registration. Both Swimmers and Parents should register as this is how we sign up for swim meets and how I communicate with you.
• 4.Meet schedule is posted on http://www.metroleaguewa.org/index.php?pid=0.8.77.13.321&team_level=Varsity Please, join in order to get updated changes to the schedule as well as results. The NW Catholic Invitational is tentatively set for Saturday, September 15th at noon. Also, we were just invited to go to the the Spartan Relays Invitational on September 8th which is suppose to be really fun and I am honored that we were invited to go. So, tentatively mark that on your calendar as well.

Regular Season

M-F from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm at Medgar Evers pool except meet days
