Captains will be holding practices from August 19th- August 23rd at Medgar Evers Playfield.

• Monday and Wednesday- 4pm-5pm
• Tuesday and Thursday- 6pm-7pm
• Friday- 5pm-6pm

All swimmers and divers are welcome! Captains practices are a great way to meet teammates before the season begins and will help get swivers back in shape after a long summer :)
