What a great three days! I have been slowly learning some names. I hope to get around both pools to learn all names soon.

Guess what I have attached?! OUR Time Standards! These are the times you all need to make in order to make Metro League, District and State. Print these out and put them on your mirror and say every morning, "I will make Metro League by working hard and loving every minute of practice..." :))

I am also attaching the Meet Schedule again as there are a few changes and a new roster. Finally, I am attaching the swim suit ordering instructions. Remember the code is HolyNGIRLS19

Events coming up: 

Friday Fun Day - This Friday is our annual team bonding/retreat at Seattle U during regular practice. Be prepared for some fun.

Our annual Labor Day Hike - This is for the entire family. It will be at Denny Creek this year. Our Junior Captain Stella Cross has sent out an email to RSVP to or RSVP on the Heji app.

Service Day/Muk Invite - So, I tried to get us invited to the Mukiteo Invite but have not heard anything. I thought the invite would be in October based off last year but it ended up landing on the same day as our Service Day. It is very doubtful that the host school would allow all 90 of our athletes to go, so it was going to be a limited amount anyway. Last year, I saw a lot of other athletes get their State times at this meet (KCAC) and thought it might be a great opportunity for our athletes as well or be fun for those who never get to compete at such an amazing facility. If we get invited, we might have to do some pondering on what we want to do. But the Service comes first above this competition. We will cross the road if we get invited.

Dual Meets - I will start setting up Meets hopefully before this weekend. I usually show one meet at a time. I will send instructions on how to sign up.
