Hi,

SPIRIT WEAR - We passed out spirit wear order forms today at practice. I know a lot of people missed today so I wanted to send you a copy of the form via this email. I have told the ladies that I do not take the orders. They need to go to the Athletic office. If you give me a check and a form, I will lose it. I am the type of person who loses the glasses on her own face. Orders are due on Tuesday when we get back to school.

JACKETS - It has been a crazy week and I have not been able to talk to Mrs. London about our jackets. Last year, the jacket was discontinued but we bought a bunch. I just don't know how much is in stock right now as everything has been moved around because of the gym. So, stay tuned.

TEAM SUIT - Orders are due by midnight tonight if you haven't heard. I have attached the instructions. The code is HolyNGIRLS19.

SHORTS - I like for the ladies to buy the Holy Names shorts for dry land workouts but not necessary. The shorts are found under Cougar Merchandise. 

DIVE - Just another reminder that we do not have a diving board for Tuesday and Wednesday but will be doing dry land and the stairs at Kerry Park along W Highland Drive and 3rd Ave West. 

CONGRATULATIONS! I just want to congratulate all the new athletes that made it through this first week. It is very overwhelming and I am sure some of you were pretty sore. Also, pretty overwhelming with so many athletes.

I promise it will get easier as the weeks go along and everyone gets to know each other. I also promise, that you are not alone. It is very hard to be in such a large group of girls when 80 percent of them already know each other. Just be patient and let me or Coach Kayla know what we can do to help. You can do it!
