Hello Swim and Dive Team,

Meet Location: Snohomish Aquatic Center

Dive Warm-ups: 8 am followed by first rounds of dives (Final round on Saturday)

Swim Warm-ups: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm (Lanes 2 & 3) Fast lane 3

• Feet first entries, no diving, no big jumps (You can be disqualified if caught)
• Lane 2 becomes a sprint lane at 2:50 pm (you must have a coach starting you)
• No deck changes, meaning do not pull down your fast skins off your shoulders while on deck

Arrival Time: No later than 1:30 pm (especially if you are on a relay)

Swim Meet Start: 4:00 pm

Early Dismissal is at 12:15 pm.

Bus Transportation: No bus; must find your own transportation

Meet Final: 8:00 pm ish

Other Important Information:

Attire: Must have white team cap unless approved by coach, must wear black team bathing suit or fast skin or all black suit, must have team jacket (you can check one out through Mrs. London). Absolutely, no club wear! Fast skins must not have more than one logo and Fina approved.

No Glitter whatsoever! Not on your faces, not on a sign, period.

Bring a lunch or snack to eat after school.

Saturday Finals: Please, consider coming to the meet to cheer on your team mates even if you did not make Metros.

Saturday warm-ups: 2:30 pm (No lane assignments)

Arrive no later than 1:30 pm

Meet Start: 3:30 pm

Dive Finals at Event 5

Meet End: 8:00 pm ish
