We are changing the date of our End of Year Celebration from Tuesday, November 7th to Monday, November 6th. Sorry, I have to work with the school on facility use and this was the date that got approved.

Date: Monday, November 6th

Time: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm (ish)

Location: Holy Names Cafe'

Attire: Semi-Formal

What to bring: A small raffle gift and cash for food (Not sure of the amount yet until you rsvp)

Agenda: Season Highlight video, Season Highlight PPt, Certificates, Senior gifts, Awards, Captain Announcements

Raffle gifts - This year instead of doing the dice gift exchange, we are going to do a raffle in between events. You do not have to participate. Only those bringing gifts will participate. Ideas would be - themed jibbitz pack, cute little plants, stuffed animals, sports bottle, picture frame, handmade item, but nothing over $10.

Dinner - We are looking at ordering food and just having people pay for their meal instead of a potluck (but that could change). In the past, we have done lasagna. Some of the parents are organizing this so we will go with whatever the parents decide at this point. BUT WE NEED YOU TO RSVP asap so we have an accurate count and then we will need some help picking up items like plates, etc. so RSVP right away. :)
