Hello,

Everyone is getting this email as I am sure everyone wants to know who is going to Districts. We have almost 4 representatives in all 12 events for our team at Districts which amazing. We only have 3 in the 200 IM, 2 in the 50 Free and 0 in Dive but every other event has 4 athletes. Wow. Really. You all are incredible.

I am attaching the District psych sheet for our session and session 1 which swims before us. We are Session 2 (open the correct file). The top 6 athletes will be allocated for State from both sessions. Luckily, we will get to see Session 1's times before ours so it will help motivate you on what time you need to get to make it into the Finals or Consols.

If you make it into the Consolation finals, you will be considered as a wildcard, meaning the state meet director automatically enters the next fastest time as long as I have your name entered into Direct Athletics (which I have already done).

Those who are listed on the relays at Districts are also our State relays (including alternates.) This means you have two more weeks of practice. 

SIGN-UP FOR THE BUS! Early Dismissal is at 2 pm on Thursday. If you are taking the bus, I need to know by Tuesday night so I can let Mrs. London know if we need a bus. We will not have an ED on Friday since the meet starts at 5 pm.

CONGRATULATIONS to all of you. To have such a large showing at Districts, shows how hard you all have been working to make your goals. Super proud of you all.

For those who want to attend, I am also attaching the syllabus which has a lot of information, but it has the schedule. We are Session 2. 

Okay, I have one more big email to go! It might have to come after practice. It is taking a long time to write because of how incredibly you all did at Metros.
