What a great way to start the season, with so many great swims, dives and cheers! 

Attached you will find:

1. The 2024 Info Sheet
2. Results from Fridays meet vs. Roosevelt
3. The 2024 updated practice/meet calendar- bolded with mandatory practices, the sports psychologist session at Holy Names (held with all Fall Sports - not optional), breakfast hosts by class, and meets with locations. Please put any conflicts to mandatory practices in writing via email ASAP to see if they are excused! 

Please note: afternoon practices drop off after the BYE week. We will see if we can keep lifting, but TBD based on coaching availability.
