    New afternoon practices and mock dive meet with Coach Stephanie

    This week we will be starting our afternoon practices. We will start afternoon strength training on Wednesday, September 10 from 2:45-4pm at HNA. Hope to see you there! As a reminder, after this week, strength training will be Monday and Wednesday afternoons.

    On Tuesday, Sept. 9 there will be an afternoon swim (no dive) practice from 2:45-4pm at Medgar Evers Pool.

    Morning swim/dive practice: Monday-Thursday 5:30-7:00am Medgar Evers Pool

    Afternoon swim practice: Tuesday 2:45-4:00pm Medgar Evers Pool

    Afternoon strength training: Wednesday 2:45-4:00pm HNA

    Swim/Dive Meet: Friday 3:30 Warm-ups 4-6 meet Evans Pool (Green Lake)

    Attention Divers!

    Note from Metro Dive Coach, Stephanie Hunt:

    "At my practice next Tuesday (9/9, 8:30pm at Queen Anne) I am going to run a mock meet for the first 30-45 minutes. I’ll ask all my returning divers to fill out 6-dive lists and we’ll just go through as many dives as we can get through until about 9:15pm. I want our new divers to know what to expect on meet day, but this can also be a learning opportunity for anyone interested in running the dive portion of the meet (like an assistant coach or parent) and/or judging."
