I was so impressed with how we swam and dove at our meet against Lakeside! I know that this week has been hard at school (lots of test and quizzes), but all the girls showed up and competed with determination. It was a fun meet to watch! 😊

Next couple weeks have a few changes- 

• Wednesday, Oct. 8: Afternoon strength training cancelled
• Monday, Oct. 13: Medgar Evers closed (no morning swim practice)

On Thursday, Oct. 16 we will have a speaker come to HNA and talk to the girls about nutrition. (Dr. Shannon Siert, PT, RDN from Seattle Sports.)Please encourage your daughter to stay after school from 3-4pm. 😊

Teri Campbell (Claire Hillyer’s mom) and Wendy Vanasselt (Serena Mock’s mom) have graciously volunteered to help send out meet results and to coordinate parent volunteers for the meets. Please touch base with them if you can volunteer at our last home meet (Senior Night) Friday, Oct. 24.
