I hope you all are having a great weekend. Swimmers and divers, I hope you were able to sleep in on Friday and take the time to recover from all the hard work we have been doing. Below are a few reminders for the week.

Monday, Oct. 13 – No morning practice – Medgar Evers closed

Thursday, Oct. 16- Team Picture for Yearbook – Required practice for all, bring racing suit

Thursday, Oct. 16 – No nutrition talk – The nutritionist could not make it.

Sunday, Oct. 19 – Holy Names Open House (12-3) – Come help me recruit more swimmers!

Holy Names has their open house on Sunday, Oct. 19. I am planning to have a trivia game to help promote our team. Can you send me some trivia questions about swimming and diving? I will put trivia questions in a jar and give away swim caps if they can answer the questions correct.

Our championship season is coming up, and, in the past, we have ordered sweatshirts. Swimmers and divers, if you have a design in mind, please send it to me by the end of the week (10/17) so we can order the sweatshirts ASAP.
